Paddy Straw to Bio CNG Business:

Paddy Straw to Bio CNG Business

Collection Network

Storage

3. Feedstock Pre-treatment

4. Anaerobic Digestion से Biogas Production

5. Biogas Purification और Upgrading

6. Gas Compression

Bio-CNG Plant

Revenue Source 1: Bio-CNG

Revenue Source 2: Fermented Organic Manure

Bio-CNG + Organic Manure

Feedstock Partnerships

Environmental Value

Project cost इन चीजों पर निर्भर करती है: Plant capacity, feedstock type, biomass preparation technology, digester technology, gas upgrading system, compression infrastructure, land, storage yard, civil construction, machinery, electricity connection, water system, fire safety, pollution-control requirements और working capital. एक Detailed Project Report यानी DPR for Bio CNG Plant तैयार कराना जरूरी है। Financial model में कम से कम इन costs को शामिल करना चाहिए: जिसमें Land and site development, civil construction, feedstock storage, biomass handling machinery, pre-treatment unit, digesters, gas purification system, compression system, utilities, electrical setup, laboratory, fire and safety infrastructure, transport arrangements, approvals, interest during construction और working capital शामिल है.

Support

SATAT के तहत IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL और IGL जैसी Oil और Gas Marketing Companies ने potential entrepreneurs से CBG procurement के लिए Expression of Interest जारी किए हैं। MoPNG के अनुसार marketing companies long-term CBG off-take agreements भी execute कर रही हैं।

इसलिए यदि कोई entrepreneur How to Start Bio CNG Plant in India search कर रहा है तो उसे technology vendor चुनने से पहले potential off-taker और current procurement terms को समझना चाहिए।

Economics

Bio-CNG Business

Feedstock Survey

Gas Market Survey

Potential CBG buyers, nearest CGD network, OMC procurement options, industrial consumers और transportation requirements का अध्ययन करें।

Manure Market Survey

Step-by-Step Process

Project को लागू करने के लिए applicable company registrations, local approvals, environmental and pollution-control permissions, fire and safety requirements, factory-related permissions तथा gas handling से जुड़े applicable standards की पहचान करें। Commissioning से पहले biomass supply contracts और off-take arrangements operational होने चाहिए।

Bio-CNG Business

Feedstock Risk

Seasonal Availability

Transportation Cost

Technology Risk

Plant Utilisation Risk

Off-take Risk

Financing Risk

Manure Sales Risk

Strategy

Assured Market.

इसलिए किसी भी बड़े investment से पहले Detailed Project Report, feedstock survey, technology due diligence, financial sensitivity analysis और off-take arrangement पर विशेष ध्यान देना चाहिए।
